Ryan sources the finest Australian ingredients from farmers, producers and market stallholders in New South Wales to create unique flavour combinations inspired by Australia and his British roots.
To heat this pie, preheat your oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. From frozen preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow your pie to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
Serve this pie alongside a crisp green salad and your favourite larger.
