O’Connor Beef produce some of Australia’s best grass fed beef. For over 25 years O’Connor Beef has been providing premium beef from the pristine Gippsland region of South East Victoria. With abundant, nutrient rich pastures cattle graze on natural clover and rye grass that provide protein, vitamins and minerals and result in meat that is free of genetic modifications, hormones, antibiotic or chemical residues.

O’Connor Premium beef is highly marbled, pasture or grain fed beef graded for excellent meat colour and fat colour. All O’Connor beef is sourced from selected British bred cattle (Black Angus & Hereford) and can be certified “Natural” under the AQIS approved O’Connor Natural Beef Program.

They are processed when they reach a carcase weight of approximately 300kgs+. Once processed, the carcasses are hung from their Achilles tendon for a minimum of 24 hours which allows the muscles to relax and the internal muscle temperate to drop below 6 ̊C.
