For our incredible Duck Rillette we have used free-range duck breast, pork belly, duck fat seasoned with four spice, thyme, bay leaves, garlic, pink salt & pepper. The mixture is then cooked for up to ten hours until the meat is tender and buttery.
The rich creamy blend of spices and delicate duck meat make this French classic irresistible.
Perfect for entertaining, the rillette shines when served alongside crunchy bread and your favourite pickles.
