The Traditional Korean dish of Bulgogi (translates as “fire meat”) is prepared from tender, sliced beef, which is marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds. This flavour combination lends this dish its famous sweet, savoury & nutty notes. The marinated beef is then cooked in a griddle pan on the barbecue or stove over high heat, caramelising and adding a desired smokey flavour to your meat.  

We have expertly sliced award winning and internationally recognised David Blackmore Fullblood Wagyu Beef Thin Skirt Marbling Score 9 + and marinated this beautiful Wagyu Beef for your convenience. The Thin Skirt (also referred to as Harami) is a transverse abdominal muscle that has a wonderful meaty flavour and is incredibly tender when grilled.
