Famous for its sweet, savoury and nutty notes this classic Korean dish of Bulgogi (“fire meat”) is prepared from tender, thinly sliced and marinated meat. We have expertly trimmed Premium Fullblood Wagyu Thin Skirt then marinated it in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds. The Thin Skirt (also referred to as Harami) is a transverse abdominal muscle that has a wonderful meaty flavour and is incredibly tender when grilled.
