    Beef Rendang is an Indonesian dish (often spicy) originating from a region in Western Sumatra. Since its inception it has spread widely across South East Asia, becoming a staple on the Australian dining scene. 

    Our version of this iconic dish is made using incredible Wagyu meat from David Blackmore. We have taken this incredible beef and slow braised it with a long list of traditional fresh aromats and ingredients. Lemon Grass, Galangal, Turmeric, Shredded Coconut, Cinnamon and Kombu - just to name a few. 

    Rich, warming and incredibly satisfying. This Rendang is packed up with rice & Chinese broccoli, making this the perfect ready to go meal. 

    Heating instructions:

    Remove beef and broccoli from packaging and gently heat in a pan until warm.
    Microwave rice for 60 seconds.
    Create a bed of rice and top with beef and broccoli.
