We have collaborated with Tina Do, founder and co-owner of Bar Phở to produce the ultimate Vietnamese d ish - Master Beef Phở. 

Tina pays homage to her heritage with this masterfully prepared Phở using only the finest ingredients available. Signature 18 hour beef broth is beautifully balanced with the salty flavours of North Vietnam and the sweet tastes of South Vietnam.

This deeply savoury, and warmly spiced broth is made only better with the addition of David Blackmore Fullblood Wagyu Beef. Meltingly tender pieces of expertly cooked Brisket and raw, soft round beef is included with your broth. 

The Phở meal kit comes in two pouches – one pouch is packed full of fresh base ingredients (beansprouts, onion, basil, coriander, fresh chilli, fresh lemon, fresh rice noodles, hoisin sauce, marrow cube* & meat) and the second pouch contains the 18-hour master Phở broth. When you’re ready to eat, heat up the Phở broth then pour over the fresh ingredients.

This Phở noodle soup is big on flavour, free from preservatives and MSG leaving you feeling so fresh and so clean. No cheating, no additives, no shortcuts. Just fresh local ingredients full of natural flavours and nutrients.

Due to the high amount of fresh, preservative-free ingredients in this pack, we recommend you consume your meal on the day of delivery or following day to ensure you experience this meal at its optimum freshness.
