    Soft, Sweet & tender. This is the ultimate cut of veal, taken from the eye of loin. Perfectly portioned and flattened by our expert team of butchers. 

    Our Veal is hand selected from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. These Calves are humanely raised in the natural way on their mother’s milk and in open pastures with access to the very best feed.  

    This veal is supple, soft and incredibly tender. Perfect for the traditional Italian saltimbocca (the Rolls Royce of Veal dishes), scallopine alla marsala, or gently pan fried and deglazed with white wine and lemon.

    Hot tip: Dust your veal lightly in flour before pan frying. This will give your veal a subtle golden crust and thicken your sauce. 

    This beautiful meat will not disappoint.
