Veal Osso Bucco - 700g


Veal Osso Bucco is a classic Italian braising cut. It refers to the discs cut along the cross section of the animals shin or shank. 

This cut is soft and tender once slow cooked and has incredible flavour as a result of the bone and marrow being present. 

Veal Osso Bucco can be used for soups and stews, however Osso Bucco soars when served with Saffron Risotto & topped with a fresh and vibrant gremolata. This a cut perfect for the cooler months. 

Serves 2 - 3 people.
