Sourced from the pristine waters of Laguna Bay Noosa, these spectacular scallops are at their peak in flavour, shape and condition, and are flown in frequently during the week by Martin's Seafood. 

What makes these scallops even more special is the way they are processed. Water has not touched these beauties during processing - they are cut out of the shell dry. This dry sucking process ensures the integrity and quality of the scallop meat. 

They will caramalise beautifully when cooked in a pan - the tell tale sign you are receiving the pinnacle of grade and quality.

So sweet and sashimi worthy.

Product will last for up to 5 days in the fridge but are best consumed within 3 days from delivery day. This product is available for delivery on Wednesday through to Saturday only.

Cooking Tip:

Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. 

Heat butter in a large frying pan on a high heat. When the butter starts to foam, stir constantly until the colour turns light brown. 

Add the scallops and pan fry for 1 or 2 minutes on each side or until golden, but not cooked all the way through.

Best served simply with a wedge of fresh lemon.

This product has been soft vacuum sealed and must be refrigerated.
