Stir fry traditionally is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried quickly in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred in a wok.

Our Pork Stir Fry Strips are cut from Australian Pork Tenderloin. Lean, fat free strips perfect for hard and fast cooking. These strips are the perfect match for a ginger and garlic marinade served alongside steamed greens and fluffy rice.

To cook the meat, heat oil in the wok until it starts to smoke. Add the meat and other ingredients while constantly stirring. The meat should be fried until all sides are caramelised.
