A beautiful rustic French classic. Free-range pork neck & belly, encased in duck fat seasoned with thyme, bay leaves, garlic salt & pepper. This earthy mixture is then cooked for up to ten hours until the meat is tender and buttery.
This incredible Rillette is perfect on crunchy bread served alongside cornichons or your favourite pickles.
