Pork American Style Ribs - 900g


As the name suggests, the pork ribs are cut from the belly of the pig, where the ribs reach around under the pig: this is essentially an extension of the pork rack.

Our ribs are expertly trimmed with precision and care from our skilled butchers to ensure the right ratio of meat to fat, helping them to cook down and become tender and melting when slowly cooked.
