Stir fry traditionally is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried quickly in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred in a wok.
Our Lamb Stir Fry Strips are cut from Australian Lamb Rump. Beautifully tender, textured and full of flavour. These strips will be perfect for recreating everyone's favourite - Mongolian Lamb.
To cook the meat, heat oil in the wok until it starts to smoke. Add the meat and other ingredients while constantly stirring. The meat should be fried until all sides are caramelised (which will ensure the center part of the strips remain pink).
