We have collaborated with danspasta to create a mouth-watering Wagyu and "Meat Lovers" spiked Lasagna - a modern spin on a century-old classic.
It begins with a rich and hearty slow-cooked ragu Bolognese using some of Australia’s finest Wagyu Beef. We then incorporate just the right amount of a mind-blowing mix of the best cured meats (Wagyu Beef Bresaola, Kurobuta Berkshire Bacon & Capocolla), which provides the perfect vehicle for the soffritto (a mixture of slowly cooked carrots, onions and celery).
A generous amount of aromats such as rosemary and thyme provide further depth and complexity to the meat sauce.
Layered with a classic creamy béchamel and topped with a generous fix of stretchy mozzarella, you’ll experience both a bold flavour hit and a comforting sense of nostalgia. Enjoy with friends and family or on a quiet weeknight over a bottle of red.
Born from the Covid-19 lockdown, danspasta was created in order to provide a Sydney-wide fresh pasta home delivery service. All of danspasta pastas and sauces are fresh and made daily using some of Australia’s finest local ingredients.
Pastas are hand rolled and cut, ensuring quality, sustainability and precision throughout the production process. All products are prepared and packed in Sydney using local suppliers.
This product is available for delivery slots on Tuesday & Wednesday then restocked for delivery slots on Thursday & Friday.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Remove lid and cook the lasagna for 25 minutes
Increase oven temperature to 210 degrees Celsius and further cook lasagna for 5 - 10 minutes or until the top is golden
Keep refrigerated below 4 degrees Celsius. Consume fresh within 5 days.
Product can be frozen and used within 3 months.
This lasagna is prepared in an oven safe & food safe aluminum tray.
