Our Chicken Stir Fry Strips are cut from Free Range Nichols Chicken Breast. Lean, fat free strips perfect for hard and fast cooking. These Chicken Strips will remain tender and act as a great carrier for bold flavours. Use these for traditional Pad Thai or a knockout szechuan chicken dish.

To cook the meat, heat oil in the wok until it starts to smoke. Add the meat and other ingredients while constantly stirring. The meat should be fried until all sides are caramelised.
