Chicken, Pork & Mushroom Terrine by Victor Churchill - 200g


A classic and iconic Victor Churchill terrine. This terrine is hand made in house from free-range pork and chicken, pork liver, mixed dried mushroom, eschalots, parsley, egg white, salt and pepper.

The free range chicken and pork give this terrine a beautiful firm texture while the liver and mushrooms provide a rich, smooth and decadent depth of flavour. 

This terrine is perfect when served alongside crunchy bread, Mario Fongo crisp-breads and your favourite pickles. Perfect for your next charcuterie platter.
