Butter Chicken


The ultimate spicy comfort food

This North Indian classic was conceived and created by Shri Kundan Lal in 1947 as a way to further preserve Tandoori cooked Chicken. Our version of this classic dish is mildly spiced and slightly sweet - sophisticated enough for the adults and mild enough for the kids.  

The secret to a good curry is in the gravy. Our extensive use of spices such as Garam Masala, fenugreek & Chilli powder delivers a complexity and depth to our sauce, whilst onion and tomatoes add sweet notes. The finishing touch of butter and cream ensures our gravy is delicious, creamy and smooth. 

Rich, warming and incredibly satisfying. This curry is packed up with basmati rice, making it the perfect ready to go meal. 

This meal feeds two people and includes:

Meat with Sauce 600g

Basmati rice 450g

Heating instructions:

*Packaging is microwave & oven safe

This curry can be heated through via stove top, microwave or oven.

Stove Top

Remove Chicken curry and rice from packaging and gently heat in separate pans until warm.

Microwave (lift the corner seal slightly)

Microwave Chicken & curry sauce for 4 - 5 minutes or until hot

Microwave rice for 2 minutes or until hot
