As if butter wasn't perfect enough already. We have turned the humble stick of butter on its head with the addition of beef marrow. This butter has been softened with generous amounts of roasted beef marrow, lightened with the addition of fresh herbs & shallots - by the team at Victor Churchill. 

Butter is a remarkable carrier for the unctuous marrow, is perfect placed on top of steak, mixed through mashed potatoes or simply spread on crunchy bread topped with a mix of chopped parsley, capers and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
