Rangers Valley Black Onyx 'Club Steak' is also known as bone in sirloin. Dry aged for a minimum of 28 days it is beautifully tender but resilient. Its wonderful texture and pure beefy flavour is thanks to a ribbon of fat on the side, makes it perfectly suited to BBQ or pan frying.
