B.Y.O.D at home with LP's Quality Meats incredible house-made pure Pork Hot Dog Frankfurt's. These plump beauties are made using free-range pork, blended with a selection of umami-packed spices & garlic. The mix is then piped into natural skin casings and finally hot smoked.

The man behind LP's Quality Meats is Luke Powell who spent 6 years at Tetsuya then headed over to Mary's Newtown for a quick stroke of genius. He now devotes the majority of his attention to producing high-quality smallgoods.
- These hot dogs are best heated in water. Add hot dogs in a saucepan of boiling water. Return to boil; cover. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- They can also be grilled. Grill on a warm to medium heat for 7 to 9 minutes, or until heated through, turning occasionally.
- Don’t puncture hot dogs when cooking. The juices will run out and make for a tough, dry hot dog.
- Top your dog with additional condiments such as diced white onion, grated cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and more!
