  • You will need to present your confirmation email upon pick-up.
  • Pick-up time is strictly from 10am to 2pm only.
  • Please pick up your item on the day selected.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order, please urgently contact our Customer Service team on 9317 6900 to arrange a suitable resolution.
  • Your products have been cut fresh to order, so any delays in the pick-up process will result in shorter shelf life.
  • Products from the Japanese & Korean BBQ collection are not available for pick-up on Sundays and Mondays.
