Delivery & Pick Up

  • When do you deliver?

    We deliver to your doorstep between Mondays to Saturdays.

    Our delivery windows are between 9:00AM - 7:00PM

    You will be sent via email/SMS an update the day before your delivery date that will give you a 4 hour time frame between when your order will be delivered. You may access time tracking via the link that is sent to you to have real time updates on when your order will arrive

  • Where are you delivering?

    We currently deliver to a large number of postcodes within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. You can check if we deliver to your area using the post code search tool at the top of this page. In the coming weeks we will update you on our plans to deliver NATION WIDE. Stay tuned.

  • How much is delivery?

    Orders under $124.99 incur a $15 delivery fee.

    For all orders over $125.00, delivery will be complimentary.


  • When do I need to order by?

    Your order must be placed by 11:59 PM to guarantee following day delivery. For example:

    - Order by Monday 11:59 PM to receive delivery on Wednesday.

    - Order by Tuesday 11:59 PM to receive delivery on Thursday.

  • How will I receive my meat?

    Vic's Meat is committed to reducing our impact on the environment. 

    In order to reduce unnecessary packaging, we have chosen to deliver your order in reusable plastic crates. These crates greatly minimise damage to your product and are cleaned and sanitised routinely. 

    Our drivers will patiently wait for you to unpack your order and store it safely. Once this has been done our drivers will return to our Mascot facility with these crates where they will be cleaned / sanitised and reissued.

  • How will my meat be packaged?

    In order to ensure and maintain the integrity of the product – we use Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP Packing). Your product will be clearly labelled with the product name and best before date for each packaged item.


  • What if I have a problem with one of my products?


    • We will provide a refund or exchange where required to do so by law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our Products.  But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:
      • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;
      • is unsafe;
      • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
      • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for.
    • Please contact our Customer Care team on 02 9317 6900 within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange a suitable solution at in regards to refunds or replacements.


  • Payment Methods
    • Paypal: If paying by paypal, please make sure to check your address as it will pull your delivery address from your paypal account on FAQ
    • Credit & Debit: We accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX payments.


  • Our Loyality and Referral Program

    Loyality Vic’s Points Program:

    • You can sign up to our loyality points program at the bottom left of the website. Click the red box that says “Vic’ Points” to signup and start collecting points to redeem rewards!
    • For our referral program, you will be sent an email after purchase with a unique link that you can share with your family and friends! They will receive 10% Off on their first purchase with us and you will receive a 10% coupon for every friend successfully referred (rewards are based on first purchases, not for consecutive)
    • WARNING: Anyone caught trying to trick and misuse the referral system will be permanently flagged by our system and banned from our program, as WELL as our loyality points program. Please be honest and truthful with these programs as they are there to spread the love of meat with your family, friends and the surrounding community and not for exploiting and misuse.
