Chocolate Fudge Sauce by Victor Churchill - 225g
Serve warm over ice-cream to create a rich, decadent sundae at home. Using a bain-marie technique, simply heat in the jar for 1-2 minutes in a saucepan over a low gentle heat with water halfway up the height of the jar. Heat until the chocolate fudge has relaxed and becomes oozy.
